Hypercoagulability

Also known as Thrombophilia, Hypercoagulability refers to a condition whereby the blood has an abnormality in its system of coagulation. People with this condition are likely to develop blood clots. These blood clots can eventually lead to heart attack or stroke, and may be fatal.
